Information for Clients - How the Process Works

When contacting Playtime Nannies we will arrange for you to come in and have an interview and meet us. You will need to bring your passport, driving licence, CV, references and original certificates along with a recent photograph. When we are conducting the interview we will go through your CV and an applicant form looking over previous jobs and duties and discussing the type of position you are looking for as thoroughly as possible. We will also ask you to complete an Enhanced Disclosure form which will check for any history with the criminal records bureau. This can be taken to any position you wish to apply for even if it is not through Playtime Nannies.

This may all sound very daunting but we are really friendly and just want to be as thorough as possible! In doing this we will help you to find the right position without wasting your time and pushing you into a job which is unsuitable. Once the interview is complete we will check previous references and we will contact you with any suitable vacancies we have for you. If you like the sound of them we will contact the clients and tell them all about you and arrange interviews.

When you have been for your interviews, please contact us with your feedback and be totally honest with us on how you fell about the position. We will then contact the clients for their feedback. If both parties are interested we then suggest a second interview to go over the finder details and meet the children. Once this has happened we will then go over the process again of getting both parties feedback. If the position is offered and accepted by you, we are here for all advice you both may have. Once you have started the position, we contact both yourself and the client (about 2-4 weeks after starting) to check everything is going well. For as long as you are in the job, we are always here for any guidance you may need - we don't forget about you!
